Simple Vegan Nachos

Looking for something light, tasty and quick to prepare? Try vegan haggis nachos.

If you’re really short of time you might get away with serving some nachos with nothing more than some corn chips, salsa and vegan nacho cheese. 

But why skimp on the flavour when Macsween Vegetarian Haggis – made from healthy fresh vegetables, pulses, oatmeal, seeds and spice – is vegan, delicious and so quick to prepare.

How to make vegan nachos

Ingredients

Macsween vegetarian haggis – 454 g
Large bag of corn chips
Guacamole (store bought or home-made)
Salsa (store bought or home-made)
Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Heat some Macsween Vegetarian Haggis in the microwave per the packet instructions.
  2. Empty the corn chips onto a large plate.
  3. Dollop generous spoonfuls of guacamole and salsa over the chips and add a few jalapeño peppers if desired.
  4. Once the haggis is piping hot, dot spoonfuls onto the top of the nachos, adding roughly chopped coriander to finish.
