How to make vegan nachos
Ingredients
Macsween vegetarian haggis – 454 g
Large bag of corn chips
Guacamole (store bought or home-made)
Salsa (store bought or home-made)
Fresh coriander
Method
- Heat some Macsween Vegetarian Haggis in the microwave per the packet instructions.
- Empty the corn chips onto a large plate.
- Dollop generous spoonfuls of guacamole and salsa over the chips and add a few jalapeño peppers if desired.
- Once the haggis is piping hot, dot spoonfuls onto the top of the nachos, adding roughly chopped coriander to finish.
